  • Do you offer free delivery?

    Orders over €30 are free delivery, while a €5 delivery fee applies to orders below €30.

  • Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

    Yes, we occasionally offer certified refurbished or open-box products at discounted prices. Availability is limited and we always advice before purchasing that this is not a brand new product.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    No for the time being we do not ship internationally. We only provide delivery for local addresses.

  • Can I get a gift receipt for my online order?

    Unfortunately, gift receipts are not available for online orders. However, you may request a gift receipt when purchasing from one of our outlets.

    Due to our multiple outlets and online store, a product may occasionally become unavailable. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
