Laptops
Any brand laptop comes with a manufacturer’s warranty covering hardware defects and malfunctions for various periods. Warranty period will be listed in the official proof of purchase. Standard warranties include repair or replacement of faulty parts but exclude accidental damage and software issues. Batteries and chargers are covered for 1 year. Some brands also offer extended warranties.
Printers
Warranty Coverage
Intercomp warrants that all printers supplied shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and operating conditions for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the normal operation and performance of the Products.
Consumables and Cartridges
Consumable items, including ink cartridges, toners and tapes, are excluded from this warranty unless otherwise stated.

Commercial Warranty: 3 Years Parts and Labour (comprehensive warranty subject to the Maintenance Agreement)
Exclusions: Remote control, act of God, wear and tear, and misuse

- Extra copper: €29 per metre
- Removals: €35 each
- Double pole switch: €25 each
- Chasing: €20 per metre
- Trunking: €20 per metre
- Installations can be done only in Malta. Cannot be done in Gozo.

Artel Acs
Residential Warranty: 5 Years on Parts and Labour
Commercial Warranty: 3 Years Parts and Labour
Warranty applies from the date of commissioning, not exceeding 6months from purchase date.
Warranty on the whole unit is based on normal conditions only and is void if maintenance is not performed causing malfunction of unit.
Warranty for any items purchased as SUPPLY only & Preparation works ready, does not cover any faults (parts, material and labour) caused by the installation.
External/Internal Drain Pumps are NOT covered by warranty.
After a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase, all refrigerant pipes, connections, any leakage of refrigerant (Freon) gas, the refrigerant gas itself, and installation materials are not covered under this guarantee.
Warranty for undersized AC units selected by clients does not apply for any calls related to Cool / Heat performance. (Compressor motor & ODU PCB are only covered for 2yrs)
- Extra copper: €28 per meter for units up to 18,000 BTU
- Extra copper: €30 per meter for 24,000 BTU units
- Removals: €25.00 (for wall-mounted units up to 24,000 BTU.
- If an existing air conditioner is removed without installing a new unit, the charge is €38.
- Carting away the removed air conditioner is free of charge.
- If the unit is kept, the removal charge remains €25.
- A double pole switch for 18,000 BTU and 24,000 BTU units is now considered an extra, at a cost of €25.
