Items can only be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Proof of Purchase or Gift Receipt needs to be presented.
All items must be sealed and in sellable condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
In the case of televisions and monitors, an inspection will be conducted before processing the exchange to ensure the product meets the return criteria.
Customized orders and orders by request are not eligible for exchange or refund, even if the item remains sealed.
Cash / EPOS refunds are subject to company approval.
