Return and Exchange Policy

In Store Purchases

Items can only be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Proof of Purchase or Gift Receipt needs to be presented.

All items must be sealed and in sellable condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

In the case of televisions and monitors, an inspection will be conducted before processing the exchange to ensure the product meets the return criteria.

Customized orders and orders by request are not eligible for exchange or refund, even if the item remains sealed.

Cash / EPOS refunds are subject to company approval.

 Purchases made with the following payment types are not refundable:

    • One 4 All Vouchers
    • Shopping Mall vouchers
    • Lava Points
    • Intercomp Gift Cards

Online Orders

Customers who have made online purchases are entitled to a full refund or exchange within a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery, provided the product meets the return conditions.

All products must be sealed and in sellable condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

In the case of televisions and monitors, an inspection will be conducted before processing the exchange to ensure the product meets the return criteria.

A valid proof of purchase must be presented to process any return, refund, or exchange.

Any returns related to online purchases can be performed from all Intercomp outlets free of charge. If the returned product needs to be collected from any other locations, a delivery charge will apply, which will be communicated at the time of arranging the collection.

Intercomp Marketing Ltd reserves the right to decline the return, exchange, or refund of a product if any of the above conditions are not met.
