Sony PlayStation 5 (PS5) – Revealed

Playstation 5 (PS5) will offer two options: a PlayStation®5 console with an Ultra HD Blu-ray disc drive and a PlayStation®5 Digital Edition without a disc drive. The PS5 gameplay experience will be the same, so the choice is all yours. While there are some slight differences in the look of each model, for the overall design, we wanted to deliver a console that’s bold, stunning, and unlike any previous generation of PlayStation. Finally this PS5 console is fast approaching and we are excited to see it in Malta !

The design of the PlayStation 5 console was revealed, a white and black body which matches the Dualsense controller. No price for Malta / Maltese market yet and neither a release date, but it’s still planned for a release Holiday 2020.

During the Future of Gaming showcase on June 11, the company unveiled the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 5 Digital Edition, along with some accessories for PS5.

• HD camera – with dual 1080p lenses that allow gamers to broadcast themselves along with their epic gameplay moments
• Media Remote – a remote control with built-in microphone to easily navigate movies and streaming services; and
• DualSense ™ Charging Station – for convenient charging of two DualSense ™ wireless controllers.
