Return and Exchange Policy

1. In Store purchases

  • Items can only be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase or Gift Receipt needs to be presented.
  • All items must be sealed and in sellable condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • In the case of televisions and monitors, an inspection will be conducted before processing the exchange to ensure the product meets the return criteria.
  • Customized orders and orders by request are not eligible for exchange or refund, even if the item remains sealed.
  • Cash / EPOS refunds are subject to company approval.
  • Purchases made with the following payment types are not refundable:
    • One 4 All Vouchers
    • Shopping Mall vouchers
    • Lava Points
    • Intercomp Gift Cards

2. Online Orders

  • Customers who have made online purchases are entitled to a full refund or exchange within a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery, provided the product meets the return conditions.
  • All products must be sealed and in sellable condition to qualify for a return or exchange.
  • In the case of televisions and monitors, an inspection will be conducted before processing the exchange to ensure the product meets the return criteria.
  • A valid proof of purchase must be presented to process any return, refund, or exchange.
  • Any returns related to online purchases can be performed from all Intercomp outlets free of charge. If the returned product needs to be collected from any other locations, a delivery charge will apply, which will be communicated at the time of arranging the collection.

Intercomp Marketing Ltd reserves the right to decline the return, exchange, or refund of a product if any of the above conditions are not met.
